Tornado threat highest in western and parts of central Kansas, transitioning to a straight line wind risk after 10-11pm.

Severe storms are expected to impact the western 2/3 of Kansas beween sunset and 4am, then csweep east into Missouri by 9am tomorrow. Hail and a strong tornado or two possible in the west, risks east of US-281 transition to damaging wind and heavy rainfall.
