Widespread showers and some thunder are expected through much of the day, with the heaviest rainfall this morning into the early afternoon hours before things start to taper off west of K-14. Along and east of I-135, rain should persist into the evening, perhaps into the overnight. Grey skies and some sprinkles or showers are expected overnight and the first half of tomorrow before the slow-moving low lumbers east into the Ozarks. Cool temperatures remain through Thursday, then much warmer conditions are expected into the holiday weekend.
