It’ll be warm and windy the next couple days, with grassland fire danger pushing the very high to extreme category tomorrow afternoon due to the combination of above-average temperatures and strong south wind ahead of a system which will bring showers and storms to the region tomorrow night and Wednesday. Severe storms are possible around sunset, particularly south and east of K-61. Widespread light rain Wednesday, then we get a couple dry days before another system brings changes for Widespread rain Friday night and Saturday morning.
