KSStorm.Info Briefing: March 7, 2022

Clearing and cool, chilly where snow remains on the ground. A mild mid-week, followd by a chance for snow the back half of the week -- then much warmer for the weekend.

Expect clearing skies today, as a Canadian ridge of high pressure moves along the front range of the Rockies into the plains. It’ll be chilly, especially where there’s snow on the ground. Quiet weather looks to continue tomorrow and Wednesday daytime, with highs climbing back towards normal. There’s still some question on the timing and exact track of the next system, which could bring more snowfall, especially in the northern half of the state. We’ll be cold to end the week, but should warm substantially this weekend.
