Temps in western Kansas in the upper 30’s this afternoon while central and eastern Kansas top out a few degrees cooler. The warming trend continues through the weekend, slowly at first as the modified polar air still keeps a grip tomorrow. But we’ll be within striking distance of normal temps for the end of February. The real warm-up starts Sunday and it looks like w’ell be in the 60’s most of next week. No precipitation through at least Thursday, though a front pushes south about a week from now and could eke out some showers.
