One more day of bitter cold, a little snow, and we’re through this deep freeze week.
A warming trend commences tomorrow, and by Sunday things will be quite nice once again. A system moving through today will push out some flurries and light snow in the southeastern half of the state, with accumulations generally under one-half inch. The cold air erodes staring tomorrow, by Sunday we’ll be well into the 60’s. We’ll stay dry for the next 7-10 days, though some models are hinting at a chance of showers or even a storm or two in about 10 days.
